We need stories that are powerful – that have the power to move us, to shift our perspective, to give us courage, to wake us up. To make the heart bigger.
And with the world in the state that it’s in…with all of us in the state that we’re in…we need powerful stories more than ever. Stories that capture and reflect and celebrate the power of the landscape, the environment, the living earth…Stories that make us feel powerful, that give us the confidence to change and then also to change the way things are, throwing off the stories that are written to make us feel small, and helpless, and afraid.
A lot of my own stories – internal and external – are inspired by the landscape and dark, brooding weather of Skye. My first published book is an exploration of Skye, a place like no other that has the power to
move, to inspire, to transform. I hope to add books to this list…books that reflect the power of the landscape…or stories about ordinary people who have found extraordinary sources of power inside…
Do you have a treasure chest of powerful stories? Or tales to tell about ways we can share the stories that move, that change, that inspire?
